If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, unused merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The original sale receipt must be enclosed (photo copy accepted).
- Please return product(s) via insured parcel post.
Hakuhodousa.com will not be responsible for lost or any damages.
Damaged or Defective Products:
To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it is shipped. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from our Japan factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, please inform us immediately upon receipt of the products. Refund or Exchange may be applied provided the conditions listed in our Return and Exchange policy are met.
Cancellation
Order can only be cancelled within 24 hours following placement of your order. After the windows period, cancellation request is considered to be late and is not guaranteed to be accepted. Hakuhodousa.com is not responsible for late cancellation notices and the customer will remain liable for all product and shipping and handling fees.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, subject to stock availability and complete customer order, shipping and billing information being received by Hakuhodousa.com. In the event where an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email or phone for further instruction. All items are ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days most cities in the US) with a delivery confirmation. Express orders processed the same day if order is received before 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Our products will be insured for the unlikely event that any damages are incurred during delivery. If you do not receive your order after 5 business days from the shipping notice, or any damages occurred, please inform us immediately.
